Retail group Douglas has appointed a new CEO for its French subsidiary Nocibé. Nicolas Debray takes over from Pierre Aoun, who left the company in September. 46-year-old Debray was most recently President Americas of The Body Shop, where he was responsible for the introduction of an omnichannel retail model and brand positioning.
