FAQ for registered exhibitors
What do I do if I have forgotten my access data for the Online Service Centre for Exhibitors (OSC)?
In your customer account , your access data consists of your username (7-digit number) and a password you have set. If you have forgotten your previous password, you can request a new password. This is done on the login page of the customer account via the button "Forgot password (request)?". The new password will be sent to your specified company email. We will be happy to provide you with your user name on request.
Can I invite visitors to the trade show free of charge?
Yes, as an exhibitor, you can use a promotion code to invite your customers to the trade show without any additional costs. The ticket shop for visitors will open on 4 March 2024. You will receive the promotion code in the Online Service Centre .
Do I need exhibitor badges for the set-up period?
No, you do not need any exhibitor badges during the set-up and dismantling times.
How can I have materials delivered to my stand?
You have two options:
1. Parcel consignments to trade show - without handling by by forwarding agent on site
Direct delivery of your goods to the exhibition stand by your own forwarding agent/courier.

Important! Please ensure in your own interest that you have a contact on site at your stand who is able to accept the receipt of the consignment, the project team will not receive and take care of your deliveries! If the delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Neither the forwarding agent on site nor the project team of CosmeticBusiness assume liability for deliveries that are not received or accepted.

Where can I obtain CosmeticBusiness banners to advertise my participation as an exhibitor?
In the download area you will find various banners and templates at your disposal.
Do I need parking permits?
You can purchase long-term parking tickets in advance, which allow you to enter and exit the car park several times without having to buy a parking ticket from the machine each time. But you can also get a parking ticket on site when you enter the underground car park.
What do I do if I have not received my Scan2Lead licence?
Please contact our colleagues at support@scan2lead.com with your company name and the reference to CosmeticBusiness 2024. You will receive your licence data again.
I would like to order graphics services for my stand, by when do I have to deliver the files at the latest?
Until 12 April 2024.
When will I receive the trade show invoice?
The first invoice is issued approximately six weeks before CosmeticBusiness.
Can my stand builder get access to the Online Service Centre (OSC) to order technical services etc.?
Yes, you can apply for an access for your stand builder or company partner to prepare your trade show participation. You can create access directly in the OSC under >Sub-permission<.
I need the contract for my trade show participation. Where can I get this?
The contract of your trade show participation is concluded through your registration via the online form and our admission. After submitting your online stand registration, you will have received a "Thank you for your registration for CosmeticBusiness" e-mail. Admission was granted a short time later.
