The future of natural ingredients in cosmetics and perfumes is considered secure. The member states of the EU Council have approved a legislative proposal that the current approach to the classification of More than One Constituent Substances (MOCS) should be maintained. The associations Cosmetics Europe and IFRA (International Fragrance Association) welcome this decision. It is in line with the ambitions to promote the organic and circular economy.
