After the uncertainties of the last year and a half, we were hesitant about exhibiting this year. There were many interesting enquiries from start-ups in particular, but also from our existing customers, especially on the subject of sustainability and our award-winning label material rPE, which is made from 100 per cent recycled material. Kathrin Mederake, Head of Purchasing, Apotheker Walter Bouhon GmbH: "I have been to CosmeticBusiness many times in the past and it to visit this time as well. Despite the exceptional circumstances this year, CosmeticBusiness was once again very well organised. I was particularly on the lookout for new ideas from companies in the packaging sector offering products with a high recycled material content. I had some good discussions – especially with suppliers we already work with. Many of the partners I had the chance to talk to at the trade show were delighted that CosmeticBusiness was able to take place again and that things are starting to get back to normal."
Sarah Leible, Product Management Private Labels, Müller Handels GmbH & Co. KG: "This was my first time at CosmeticBusiness and I was very satisfied with my visit to the trade show. We've been looking for new and sustainable tube materials for our personal care brands. We were able to use the trade show to engage in focused discussions with some interesting full-service providers. You could feel that it was doing both exhibitors and visitors good to be able to meet and make contacts in person again. Thanks to the sound hygiene concept, I felt safe at all times during the trade show."
