Triple Win for Börlind

Multiple Beauty Award Winners at the German Brand Awards 2022

Natural cosmetics brand Börlind has received three 2022 German Brand Awards. The company was able to convince the jury with its marketing campaign for golden eye pads, co-created with influencer Farina Opoku, and its influencer event in September 2021.

The co-creation with Farina Opoku, who is known as NovaLanaLove, won the Brand Communication/Influencer Marketing category. Börlind says its 360-degree marketing campaign for the jointly developed golden eye pads gained wide coverage and helped to rejuvenate the brand. The 2021 influencer event 'The Black Forest Is Calling' won awards in two categories: for Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation and Brand Experience of the Year. This event brought together 16 female influencers in Germany's Black Forest to experience the brand’s identity and values in an authentic way.

Successful Brand Management for Beauty and Personal Care Brands

The German Brand Award is an annual industry award for brand management. Since 2016, the German Design Council has awarded prizes in more than 60 categories. In addition to Börlind, ten other beauty and personal care companies also won German Brand Awards. These include Love Nature from CHT and Henkel, two companies that stand for sustainability in the detergent sector. Other cosmetics award winners included Galderma's skincare brand Cetaphil, Haka's 'Euterpflege', House of Schwarzkopf's new flagship store brand Dragon Rouge, cosmeceutical supplier Janssen Cosmetics, Charlotte Meentzen's parent and child care brand Tuju, Alex Cosmetic, Apricot Beauty and the Hamburg-based start-up Neemen.
