BASF has entered into a partnership and equity investment with Ingredi, a Chinese supplier of natural ingredients and solutions for the personal care industry. The start-up was founded in 2017 and specialises in identifying new active ingredients for personal care products, which are derived from the natural plants of the Himalayan region in China, according to the partners.
