Anti-Wrinkle Products on The Rise

The Average Age of Consumers Is growing – As Is Their Desire to Look Young

The global market for anti-wrinkle products is valued at 10.96 billion US dollars in 2022. According to a recent study by Grand View Research, it is expected to grow by 8.9 per cent annually until 2030. The market researchers see reasons for this, among other things, in the growing number of older people and their increasing willingness to do something to counteract signs of ageing on the skin. The anti-wrinkle cream segment dominated the market in 2022 with a share of more than 31 per cent of total sales. According to the market researchers, nothing will change in this leadership role by 2030. However, according to their results, the lotions segment will grow the fastest. In terms of active ingredients, products with vitamin C lead the list with a share of 18.2 per cent. Anti-wrinkle products based on hydroxy acids, however, are said to grow the fastest.
